An award-winning senior designer who loves problem-solving. I believe design can and should be used as a tool to help solve the ever-growing problems we face in society.

Currently, I am a designer in the Science Office of the Ministry of Justice. Looking at how innovative emerging technology can help solve some of Justices’s biggest problems.

I use my design skills like problem framing, consequences scanning and prototyping to help organisations solve real problems while keeping users at the centre of everything they do.

I am a keen learner and a T-shaped designer, I can take a leading role and help teams deliver real value fast but I also love helping business stakeholders understand the value and impact design can have on any organisation. I am passionate about social change and innovation and I care about solving the right problem.

Interested in Service Design thinking, Policy Design, Innovation, Design strategy and Design as a tool for social change.

Feedback

— Senior Product Manager, Ministry of Justice

“What stands out to me since you have joined the team is that you are not afraid to challenge, even if it is possibly contentious and I love this and encourage it as much as possible. You are also really constructive in your challenges and always do it in such a way that is well received. Being relatively new to the team this is admirable; too many people would rather blend into the background.”
